Notice that the password needs to be reset for the account of Feiao official website
In the near future, our new community (http://bbs.fiio.net/) will be officially launched. In order to facilitate everyone's operation, our company has integrated the user information of the two systems of the official website mall and the community. In order to ensure the uniformity of passwords on both sides, all users need to reset their passwords before logging into the official website mall. The steps are as follows:
Click "Forgot Password" at the bottom right of the login button on the login page of the official mall, as shown in Figure 1.
Enter the email address or mobile phone number associated with the old forum account, and click Next. If you don't remember the bound mobile phone number and mailbox, please click "Online Consultation" on the right side of the official website to contact online customer service. The customer service will inform you of the relevant information after verification according to the information you provide. Figure 3
Select to retrieve the password through the mobile phone (if there is a mobile phone number by default) or email address, then click to obtain the verification code on the right side of the verification code, view the verification code through the corresponding mobile phone and email address, and click Next as shown in Figure 4.
Enter a new password and click Reset Password. After the password is reset, you can log on with the new password. Figure 5
